We are currently looking for a Billing Assistant / Date-Entry Clerk to join our Team.
We are in the process of relocating to a brand new facility in Ira.
This position will be at the new facility with an approximate start date of June 3rd.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Organize, validate, and process incoming paperwork Create invoice packets and submit invoicing to customers through portals Resolve paperwork discrepancies with customers Maintain and enter data records into multiple Transportation Management Systems File legal transportation documents and records Assist the billing manager and billing director with admin tasks and projects The successful candidate should possess the following:
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient with basic computer programs including Excel and Word Ability to work well and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Excellent punctuality and attendance Experience with transportation/logistics environment is helpful but not required We offer a competitive salary.
This is a full-time position with a 5-day workweek.
