PTM is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager- The Human Resource Manager will be involved in managing activities such as job design, recruitment,succession planning, employee relations, performance management, legal updates, compliance issues, training & co-leading leadership development.
Duties A.
Analyzes wage and salary data to determine competitive compensation plan.
When necessary submit market data and recommendation to the Managing Director.
B.
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and recommend edits to policies, procedures, and reporting to ensure compliance.
C.
Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for reporting.
D.
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization.
Ensure salary administration remains equitable and competitive for the area.
E.
Maintain processes to ensure the effective delivery of HR functions F.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.
g.
, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) G.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention H.
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations I.
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently J.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution K.
Identifies training needs for facility positions and employee, as well as manages training budgets and apprenticeship programs, and pursues training of technology grants.
L.
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions in all levels of the company Skills/Qualifications Attention to detail Verbal and written communication skills Organization 7-10 years of Human Resource experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field Note:
